Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Audit fee is refundable until Eazy begins substantive research or analysis. Once substantive work has begun, the Audit fee is non-refundable.

If Eazy is unable to perform the Audit, you will receive a full refund.

Audit service credit: 100% of the $995 Audit fee may be applied toward one qualifying Eazy service of $1,495 or more purchased within 30 days of your 60-minute Audit Strategy Review. The credit excludes advertising/media spend, GBP Suspension Appeals, GBP Optimization, third-party fees, taxes and unrelated services. One credit per Audit/client engagement; no cash value; non-transferable; cannot be combined with other credits unless approved by Eazy in writing.

• Standard GBP Suspension Appeal — $990 total: $495 initial payment, and $495 due when Eazy files the appeal. If the initial appeal handled by Eazy is denied, a secondary appeal is included at no additional charge.
• Secondary Appeal Only — $1,990 total: $995 initial payment, and $995 due when Eazy files the secondary appeal.

If the available appeal process is unsuccessful, Eazy will build and optimize a new Google Business Profile and provide 90 days of optimization/management at no additional charge, only where the business is eligible under Google’s policies. Google determines eligibility, verification and approval, and a replacement profile is not guaranteed to be approved.

Reinstatement is not guaranteed. Because payments are tied to work performed (forensic review, compliance analysis, documentation and filing), payments are not refunded based on Google’s decision.

Applies to ChatGPT Advertising Management, AI Search & LLM Visibility Optimization, Eazy AI Growth and GBP Optimization.

• There is no long-term contract. Either party may cancel at any time.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. No future charges occur after cancellation becomes effective.
• Fees already paid for the current billing period are not prorated or refunded.
• GBP Optimization has no setup fee.

We recommend allowing at least 90 days for strategy, data collection, optimization and measurable progress. This is a recommendation, not a contractual requirement.

Advertising/media spend is paid by the client directly to the advertising platform (for example, OpenAI or Google) and is separate from Eazy’s management fee. Eazy does not control or refund media spend; any refunds or credits for media spend are governed by the platform’s own terms.

These are custom projects scoped and priced by written proposal. Deposits, milestones and refund terms for each project are set out in the proposal or statement of work, which controls if it differs from this policy.
